Lower water content sand is well needed and sold in market, dewatering screen is the best solution to this situation. We use high wearable polyurethane material as its screen, bending a whole steel plate to be its main body, for year’s market experience, it works perfectly in crushed sand plant, natural sand washing plant, coal mining screening plant and mineral tailings screening site, etc. No blocking, no water leaking. However, some problems may occur in operation processing.
- The equipment can’t work normally.
Solutions: a. Change vibrating motor.
b.Readjust the eccentric block and fasten bolt.
- Change the vibrator, renew suitable lubricating grease.
- Abnormal sound
Solution: 1. Change the motor’s bearing.
2.Fastening bolt.
- Abnormal material flow
Solutions: 1. Balanced the bracket height.
2.Change a new spring system.
- Change the sieve plate.
4.Side plate, beam damaged
Solutions: 1. Change screen.
- Adjust smaller frequency.
