How to improve the concentrate grade and recovery rate

The concentrate grade and the recovery rate are two important factors and indexes influencing the efficiency of the ore beneficiation process and the quality of the dressing ores. Therefore, in the ore dressing or beneficiation production line, to improve the concentrate grade and the recovery rate of the minerals will be the priority for all enterprises in the mining industry.

There are mainly three kinds of processing methods of increasing the concentrate grade and the recovery rate:
1. the crushing, grinding and ore beneficiation processes. We will adopt the material layer type crushing equipment to do super fine crushing or coarse crushing in front of the ball mill or other grinding mills after the initial crushing process. The crushed products will become the feed for the later grinding process.
2. the crushing, autogenous mill grinding and ore dressing procedures. We will also adopt the material layer type crushing equipment to do super fine crushing or coarse crushing in front of the grinding mills after the initial grinding procedure of the autogenous mill. The crushed products will also act as the feed for the grinding process of ball mills.
3. adopt the material layer rolling type crushing equipment as the grinding device in the crushing, grinding and ore dressing processes, which can not only improve the concentrate grade, lower the tailing grade and increase the recovery rate of minerals, but also lower the energy consumption and increase the production.
