The combined-type sand production line

The sand production line can be used in hydropower station, construction, expressway, city building and other fields.

The sand production line is composed of Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyor and other devices. There are PF Impact Crusher and Dust Removal Plant to meet customer’ different requirements.

Large materials are crushed from Vibrating Feeder in Jaw Crush. Crushed materials roughly need to further crush conveyed Belt Conveyor in Cone Crusher, and then they will be sieved in Vibrating Screen conveyed Belt Conveyor; the materials the meet requirement of granularity will be cleaned in Sand Washing Machine and output, heap by final Belt Conveyor. On the other hand, the materials that don’t meet the requirement of granularity will be broken again in Cone Crusher to form cycles.
